Q:How does your company do regarding quality control?
A: We have cloth inspecting machines to check every bundle of fabric to avoide broken fabric or dirty fabric. Every piece of products will be double checked before packaged to avoide any quality problem.
Q:Can I ammend my order after it is placed?
A:Yes for samples, if the samples are ready, we are willing to make second samples to you. No for mass production, if the sizes are confirmed before mass production, and we already start production.
Q:Can I add sleeves or suggest any other changes to the clothing?
A:Yes you can suggest changes for your bespoke clothing, simply email us with the changes you would like before we making samples, and our designer will review and inform you of their expert recommendations, we will also inform you if the changes are cost effective or if the price will alter, if the price remains the same, then we will do it as per your demand, if the price alters however, then we'll send an invoice directly to your email and let you confirm it.
Q:Do you do wholesale? if so, how can i get a bulk wholesale quotation?
A:Simply email us the model number along with the required quantity and sizes, we will provide you the wholesale quotation
Q:Can I get discount?
We could give you 3%~5% discounts if you order more than 300pcs per style and per color. it can be mixed sizes.
Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?
A: Different products have different price, although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promiss to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!
